Clinical Yoga Therapy
Coming January 2028
I am currently enrolled in the Sattva Yoga Therapy Program through Prana Yoga Institute of Yoga & Holistic Health and am working toward certification as a Clinical Yoga Therapist.
Beginning in January 2028, I anticipate entering the supervised clinical practicum phase of my training. During this stage, Still Waters Wellness plans to begin offering yoga therapy services within the scope and supervision requirements established by the training program and in accordance with professional and ethical standards for yoga therapy education.
Until that time, Still Waters Wellness will continue to operate within a wellness and educational scope, offering therapeutic yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, restorative practices, and wellness-focused services designed to support overall wellbeing.
I am grateful for the opportunity to continue learning, growing, and serving the community as I prepare to expand future offerings through clinical yoga therapy training.
