Scheduling and Payment

  1. Appointments may be scheduled online or by contacting Still Waters Wellness directly to coordinate a convenient appointment time.


  1. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy

  1. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.


  1. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.


  1. No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Package Expirations

  1. Package purchases are non-refundable and expire 12 months from the date of purchase.


  1. Unused sessions expire after 12 months unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Professional Qualifications And Yoga Therapy Student Disclosure

Savannah Podesek is a certified yoga instructor and wellness practitioner with training in therapeutic yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, trauma-informed yoga, adaptive yoga, mindfulness, yoga nidra, and breathwork.


She is currently completing advanced professional training through an accredited Yoga Therapy program and is working toward certification as a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT).


At this time, services offered through Still Waters Wellness are provided within the scope of Savannah's current certifications, education, and professional training.


Services are offered as educational wellness services and are not represented as Certified Yoga Therapy services.
